• Seconds: The base unit of time in the International System of Units (SI), equal to the duration of 9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the cesium-133 atom.
• Minutes: A unit of time equal to 60 seconds.
• Hours: A unit of time equal to 60 minutes or 3,600 seconds.
• Days: A unit of time equal to 24 hours or 86,400 seconds.
• Weeks: A period of seven consecutive days.
• Months: A division of the year, typically consisting of either 30 or 31 days, except for February, which has 28 days (29 in a leap year). There are 12 months in a year.
